The place was clean and fabulous, it had informative staff with the manager.

Reasonably clean and pleasant place with thoughtful staff. Huge room and great communication with the staff. Central location, at walking distance from Queenstown Mall. Good meal and exceptional service.

Overall lovely stay. Absolutely amazing place with beautiful location and staff. Very comfortable building and rooms with nice decoration. Fast check-in.

We are happy to say that we appreciated staff and drinks. The restaurant serves delicious Chinese food.

Everything was simply very clean. Loved my pleasant stay in a long time. Got brand-new, well-kept with bathtub, comfortable bed, tea. All the staff was helpful, fixed my issues. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to St Joseph Parish.

Large room, exceptionally comfortable bed and neat bathroom. Pretty good restaurant and excellent service. Lovely gardens on the territory. We really enjoyed it during our such great stay.

Gorgeous breakfast, unbeatable position, exceptionally attentive workers. Room was cosy and beautiful; bed was big. Location very close to the city center, the hill and centre of town.

Facilities were excellent, nevertheless Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The accommodation was faultless, pool was nice, beds were comfy. Staff were happy to help and the service was friendly. Everything seemed high quality, spotless.

Pleasant location, good bed, early check-in & outstandingly accommodating staff. Cosy unit. Decent food was served here, GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY breakfast. You could walk to shops and a supermarket. Welcoming service provided there too.

Staff are friendly, location is great, everything is tidy. Room was a good value. Lake Wakatipu is not far from the hotel. Apart from that, kiwi and birdlife park was 10 minutes' drive away. Awesome breakfast and nice bar.

Excellent rooms, great staff. The hillside brasserie was 10 mins walk away. We loved our time here. Even the Queenstown airport was not so far...

Everyone was FRIENDLY. Lovely base for a city break in Queenstown! We enjoyed our time at the hotel, thanks a lot.
